I'm having trouble connecting to my Colourpin

If you're having trouble connecting to your Colourpin, there are a few simple things to check:

  1. Make sure that your Colourpin is fully charged, if not, let it charge for at least a few hours to ensure a proper battery level.
  2. Make sure that your phone has Bluetooth turned on, and that the NCS+ app has the permission to use the Bluetooth functionality. The following article explains how to check this :

  3. Make sure that you are on the latest version of NCS+ by navigating to your respective app store and checking for updates.

If all of the above steps have been performed, you can try resetting your Colourpin by holding down the button at the top of the device for 15 seconds and then try reconnecting to the device.
