Introduction to Projects (Pro Feature)

Projects in NCS+ help you organise your work more effectively by grouping related moodboards into a single workspace. Whether you're working on multiple client briefs, product concepts, or design explorations, Projects give you a clean, collaborative way to manage your boards.

Note: Projects are currently only available on NCS+ Web.

Why Use Projects?

• Keep moodboards for the same client, concept, or theme in one place

• Share multiple boards with collaborators at once

• Create a structured workflow across multiple boards

• Stay organised with fewer items cluttering your main Boards list

Where to Find Projects

You’ll find your Projects listed in the left-hand sidebar under the "Projects" section. Clicking on a Project opens an overview where you can find all moodboards assigned to that Project.

Key Features

• Create Projects: Easily create a new Project from the Create button located in the top right corner of the Projects overview.

• Add Boards: Move existing boards into a Project or create new ones directly inside the Project workspace.

• Star Projects: Pin important Projects so they’re always visible in the "Favourites" section of your sidebar.

• Share Projects: Share an entire Project with colleagues to collaborate on all boards inside it.
