Resetting your password

Forgot the password for your NCS+ account? No worries, you can always reset it by visiting this link, or from the mobile app by clicking on the "Forgot password" link on the Login screen.

Note that NCS support cannot help you reset your password for security reasons, and you need access to the email inbox of the account you signed up for in order to reset it.
